उम्मीदवारों का चयन किसी लिखित परीक्षा के जरिए नहीं होगा। भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह मेरिट आधारित रखी गई है, जिसमें ITI, Diploma या Graduation में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्टिंग होगी। इसके बाद Document Verification, Medical Fitness और Police Verification की प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होगी।

स्टाइपेंड की बात करें तो Trade Apprentice को ₹9,600 से ₹10,560 प्रतिमाह, Diploma Apprentice को ₹10,900 प्रतिमाह और Graduate Apprentice को ₹12,300 प्रतिमाह दिया जाएगा। अप्रेंटिसशिप की अवधि अधिकतम एक वर्ष होगी।

आवेदन करने से पहले उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करना अनिवार्य है। Trade Apprentice के लिए NAPS 2.0 और Diploma/Graduate Apprentice के लिए NATS 2.0 रजिस्ट्रेशन जरूरी रहेगा। इसके बाद आवेदन फॉर्म भरकर आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ डाक द्वारा NPCIL MAPS, कलपक्कम पते पर भेजना होगा।
