IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited) की NR Pipeline Division Apprentice भर्ती 2025-26 के लिए आवेदन की प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह ऑनलाइन रखी गई है। इसमें उम्मीदवारों को दो जरूरी स्टेप पूरे करने होते हैं, तभी आवेदन मान्य माना जाएगा।

आवेदन करने से पहले ये जान ले, उम्मीदवार के पास खुद का ई-मेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर होना जरूरी है। सभी जानकारी सही और पूरी भरना बहुत जरूरी है, अधूरा आवेदन रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

स्टेप 1: सही पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करें

  • सबसे पहले अपनी योग्यता के अनुसार पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करें:
    • ITI / Data Entry Operator (Trade Apprentice) के लिए NAPS पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करें।
    • वहीं पर Diploma / Graduate Apprentice के लिए NATS पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करें। बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन के आगे आवेदन नहीं कर पाएंगे।

स्टेप 2: प्रोफाइल पूरा करें

  • पोर्टल में लॉगिन करके अपनी Personal Details, Education Details, Category आदि सही-सही भरें
    • सुनिश्चित करें कि प्रोफाइल Complete दिख रहा हो
    • गलत जानकारी मिलने पर आवेदन रद्द हो सकता है

स्टेप 3: IOCL का अप्रेंटिस अवसर चुनें, पोर्टल में लॉगिन करें।

  • Establishment ID डालकर IOCL का अप्रेंटिस अवसर खोजें
    • NATS ID: NDLSDC000005
    • NAPS ID: E05200700003
  • सही Discipline Code चुनकर Apply करें

स्टेप 4: Microsoft Office Form भरना (बहुत जरूरी)

  • यह स्टेप अनिवार्य (Mandatory) है,पोर्टल पर आवेदन करने के बाद दिए गए Microsoft Form Link को खोलें
  • अपनी जानकारी, राज्य का चुनाव और 3 पसंदीदा लोकेशन भरें
  • यह फॉर्म 12 जनवरी 2026, शाम 5:00 बजे तक जरूर सबमिट करें।
  • अगर Microsoft Form नहीं भरा, तो आवेदन अधूरा माना जाएगा।

स्टेप 5: अंतिम जांच और रिकॉर्ड रखें

  • आवेदन सबमिट करने के बाद, अपना Registration Number / Application ID सुरक्षित रख लें
  • एक बार फाइनल सबमिट होने के बाद कोई बदलाव नहीं किया जा सकता है।
