इस भर्ती के लिए केवल अविवाहित पुरुष उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं जिन्होंने 12वीं कक्षा Physics, Chemistry और Mathematics विषयों के साथ न्यूनतम 60% अंकों से पास की हो तथा JEE Mains 2026 में शामिल हुए हों। ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 13 मई 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है और आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 12 जून 2026 निर्धारित की गई है। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को 4 वर्ष की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी जिसमें इंजीनियरिंग डिग्री भी प्रदान की जाएगी। ट्रेनिंग पूरी होने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को भारतीय सेना में Permanent Commission के तहत Lieutenant पद पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा।
