इस भर्ती में अलग से Application Fee निर्धारित नहीं की गई है, लेकिन आवेदन के साथ निर्धारित Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) जमा करना आवश्यक है। स्टेशन की श्रेणी के अनुसार EMD की राशि अलग-अलग है।

  • EMD का भुगतान Demand Draft (DD) के माध्यम से करना होगा।

  • Sonpur Division की अधिसूचना के अनुसार DD FA & CAO, E.C. Railway, Hajipur के पक्ष में होना चाहिए तथा Hajipur में Payable होना चाहिए।

  • EMD के लिए प्रस्तुत Demand Draft आवेदक के स्वयं के नाम वाले खाते से बनाया जाना चाहिए।

  • निर्धारित EMD के बिना जमा किया गया आवेदन अस्वीकृत किया जा सकता है।

  • Sonpur Division में चयनित उम्मीदवार को कार्यादेश जारी होने से पहले अतिरिक्त जमानत राशि जमा करनी होगी। NSG-6 स्टेशन के लिए ₹10,000 तथा NSG-5 स्टेशन के लिए ₹25,000 की जमानत राशि निर्धारित है।

  • यह जमानत राशि उसी स्टेशन से जारी UTS Tickets के रूप में जमा करनी होगी, जिसके लिए उम्मीदवार ने आवेदन किया है।

  • Sonpur Division में ₹2,000 Tender Document Cost भी जमा करना होगा। यह राशि Non-Refundable होगी।
